Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

For beginner courses, all fundamental gear (rods, tackle, safety picks) is provided. For intermediate and advanced sessions, we encourage bringing your own setup so we can help you optimize it.

What should I wear?

Layering is crucial. We require moisture-wicking base layers, insulating mid-layers, and wind/waterproof outer layers. Waterproof boots with good traction are mandatory for all on-ice sessions.

Are the courses suitable for children?

Our beginner and safety courses are open to ages 12 and up when accompanied by a registered adult. The focus is strictly educational and safety-first.

What happens if the ice is unsafe?

Safety dictates our schedule. If weather conditions or ice thickness do not meet our strict safety standards, the on-ice portion will be rescheduled or refunded.
